Wouldn’t you know, my favorite news source gets all the details on the accident this morning. I’m glad to have it somewhat confirmed that it was a tension cable that snapped. We all hope Gabriela is ok.
What horrible timing to have this happen on almost the final day of filming. As far as I can tell, this is the first major injury during a Michael Bay film and I’m sure the whole crew is pretty alarmed. All filming planned for today has been postponed, and that was definitely the right thing to do. More details as they become available.
