Wow! Real characters
According to a post at TFW2005.com, Hasbro has announced a new series geared towards kids: Transformers Rescue Bots. The playskool kids Transformers are finally getting their own fiction and mainstream characters assigned to them, as indicated by this logo featuring some familiar faces like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. It looks like this will be an Autobot-only series, which is a first in the franchise. Check out the post to see more renders of potential toys for the line.
